Outdoor play is essential for kid’s development and jumping on a trampoline is a fantastic way to get the kids outside and moving.  Jumping on the trampoline is a great form of exercise that develops muscle strength, improves balance, agility, coordination, spatial awareness and gives them self-confidence.

Children are now spending more and more time on electronic devices and having a trampoline is great way to encourage them to play outdoors more often.  Trampolining also allows boys, girls and children of different ages to play together and have fun no matter what their abilities are on the trampoline.  Children who may not be good at traditional team sports can enjoy many hours on the trampoline with their friends.

Often parents are worried about the dangers of trampolines, but all sports come with a risk of injury.  Trampolines are very safe when done properly with supervision and rules.  Installing safety pads and a safety net on a trampoline, also reduce the risk of injury.   It is also a good idea to have a few rules in relation to the number of children allowed on at a time, which will depend on the size of the trampoline.

Trampolining is such a fun activity for the whole family to do together, everyone can keep fit and active at the same time.  Check out our reviews on Best Kids Trampolines – 2018 Reviews and Buyer’s Guide or if you are looking for something bigger here is our outdoor trampolines Best Trampolines – 2018 Reviews and Buyer’s Guide
