A trampoline is a big investment and you want to make it last as long as possible while doing the minmal effort.

So here is the bear minimum you need to do to clean your trampoline.

1. Brush and debris

Brush off any sticks or leaves or flowers that may have fallen from nearby trees.

2. Trick the kids into washing the mat with detergent and water

My kids love to play on the trampoline with the hose and some washing up liquid. Little do they know they are cleaning the trampoline for me.

3. Hose the mat off with clean water

Just a quick rinse to get any of the extra soap off.

4. Let it dry off in the sun

5. Apply some WD40 to springs

I alway spray the springs with WD40 as this is the first thing that starts to go in my environment near the sea. I have managed to get an extra couple years out of my springs.
